| Comprehensive : The department of laboratory medicine at AMRI is designed to manage various samples efficiently and effectively with a team of professionals complemented by the most advanced and sophisticated instruments and data management systems. |
| Robust quality assurance : The department has stringent and ongoing quality assurance (QA) programme as stipulated by the National Accreditation Board of Laboratories, India. The department’s QA programme has various components, the most important being the participation in several national and international external quality assurance services (EQAS) programmes such as those conducted by AIIMS, CMC and BIORAD. Evaluation of results is done in an inter-lab testing programme. |
| Comprehensive range of tests : The department offers a wide range of tests including all types of routine tests, special tests for hormones, vitamins, drugs, cancer markers, sepsis markers, Procalcitonin, ProBNP and frozen section histopathology. |
