General Ward : This is similar to a dormitory with 10 to 16 beds and a common washroom. Every bed is provided with a cupboard, footstool, food trolley, a screen between each bed. |

Double Sharing Room : This is an air-conditioned room with two beds separated by a screen and has a common washroom. This has a television, telephone. |

|
Single Room : This is an individual air-Conditioned room with attached washroom located on a specially designated floor. This room has a Television, telephone and a couch. |

Deluxe Room : This is an individual air-conditioned room larger than a single room. It comprises of a patient bed and, a television, telephone, cupboard and sofa. |

Executive Deluxe Room : This is a large air-conditioned room with television, telephone, refrigerator, sofa set, wardrobe, a mechanised patient bed, internet facility. |

Suite Room : A suite comprises of larger air-conditioned room and a space as waiting area. It has a mechanised patient bed, one television, sofa sets, a telephone, refrigerator, wardrobe, internet facility. |

DIET
The Dietitian plans the diet based on the therapeutic needs of the patient. Local specialties, Continental and Chinese cuisine are available and any special dietary requirement will be met. The patient's diet charges are included in the room rent.

GUEST DINING
We have 24 hour café, restaurant and room service options for the persons accompanying the patient. |
HOUSE KEEPING
Laundry facilities are available. |
SECURITY
Safe deposit lockers are available at the security office. |
TRANSPORT
Airport transfer is provided on request. Ambulance services are available for pick up and drop. The international patient services at the respective locations can help in arranging local transport. |
PRIVATE NURSING SERVICES
Private nursing services can be arranged through Nursing Department. Please contact your ward nurse for assistance. |

A 24 hours STD/ ISD facility is available in the ground floor near the main reception area. Internet, fax and e-mail facilities are available. Pay phones are located on all the floors. For your convenience, hospital telephones are located at your bedside. |
