International Patient Services
After establishing a network of its facilities in the City of Joy, Kolkata, AMRI is in the process of setting up its international programme through representations in South Asia, Middle East and Africa.
The center will facilitate easy and safe transfer of patients in India.
Similar centers in Singapore, UK, Europe, Canada and the United States will follow.
Services in the programme include :
Initial screening and diagnosis
Telemedicine evaluation and recommendation
International insurance cover, if applicable
Diagnostics and treatment at the hospital
Travel arrangements to Kolkata on a turnkey basis – including visa, ticketing, pick-up at the airport, money transfer and exchange, ATM withdrawals
Interpretation services
Exclusive ‘Help Desk’ and a dedicated Relationship Manager to ensure smooth services
Boarding and lodging assistance to suit range of budgets
All arrangements for return journey
All requirements for food, local travel and stay for families/attendants will be attended to.
AMRI Network
AMRI’s network is being designed to serve the entire gamut of medical needs of the eastern part of nation and beyond, through a network of specialized healthcare facilities across Kolkata, and soon in Bhuwneshwar as well.

At AMRI, the healthcare service delivery model comprising of the primary, secondary and tertiary levels work in close collaboration with each other to deliver unparalleled integrated medical services.

The primary level AMRI Medical Centers are connected to the secondary level AMRI Hospitals, which are in turn, connected to the tertiary level AMRI Multi-Specialty and Super-Specialty.

The Hospital Information System (HIS) stores and keeps a track of all patient records. These records are accessible at all AMRI Hospitals locations. This system links the front office, the consultant doctor, diagnostic facilities and the pharmacy. HIS along with well-designed patient flow processes and systems, ensures a smooth flow of services for patients during their visits to all our facilities.

Not having to carry past records and documents is not only a major convenience for our patients, but also enables our physicians and staff to provide quality health care.
